If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, we will refund your money totally. In this case, however we would be very grateful if you specify what exactly was wrong with our service or product in order for us to improve. Also, please be informed that we will not accept any complains after 6 months since placing an order.
You can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched. On weekdays orders are processed within 12 hours from a moment of placing an order, on weekend - within 24 hours. If you want to cancel your order, you have to contact our support team by phone or via e-mail in our contact us section.
After an order has been dispatched, we cannot process an order cancellation. So, please be sure to give us a valid shipping address when you place your order. Double check the shipping address before you submit your order so it eliminates the problem of non-delivery of your order later on due to an error.
If after placing your order, you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately so that we may modify the address.
